Janet is an experienced teacher/trainer, Louise Hay Practitioner, Coach and Therapist. In her early working life she was a secretary/PA  before training to be a teacher.  

Janet believes that the path to achieving your true potential requires you to look within and find out who you really are and what you really want to achieve.  She teaches that whatever happens in your life is a reflection of what you are putting out to the world and if you want to change anything, you must look at your own behaviour to see what changes can be made.  Janet feels that she is living proof of these theories and her workshops are full of anecdotes from her own life.

Janet Jackson lives and works in Tyne and Wear. Her workshops are normally carried out in the North of England but she is willing to travel to other venues if asked.
